Who is actually accountable
Owner · KCC Workspace Solutions
She walks every building herself and writes the scope. When something is wrong you are telling the owner, not a dispatcher who has never seen your office.
We clean professional offices on the schedule you set, and set up new offices from empty room to opening day. We stock the breakroom as well: coffee, snacks and paper goods at cost, with our fee as its own line.

We put all three on this page because most vendors will not hand them over until after the contract. If you are comparing bids, ask ours and theirs for the same documents.

Every client gets one of these each month, scored against the same checklist their scope was written from. A month of good detail work with the bins missed cannot score well.
Breakroom product is billed at what we paid, with the receipts. Our fee is its own line and it is agreed before we start, so it cannot move with your spend.
Most offices need the recurring cleaning first. Some start with us to furnish and open a new office, then keep us on afterwards.
Cleaning on the schedule you set, the breakroom kept stocked, and an extra pass before the visits that matter.
Planning a new office, relocating, or expanding? We help select, coordinate, furnish, and prepare your workplace for opening day.
The list below is the whole scope, and it is the same list your visits are scored against. Pick the level and the schedule at the walkthrough; nothing on it is a surprise after you sign.

Small offices, professional suites, retail, and workplaces that need dependable routine cleaning.
Busy offices and employee breakrooms that prioritize cleanliness, sanitation, and a polished appearance.
Law firms, executive offices, government facilities, financial institutions, and other client-facing workplaces.
We recommend a schedule during your complimentary workspace assessment and provide a documented scope with clear expectations. Not sure what fits? Read how often an office should be cleaned. Want a ballpark first? Get an instant estimate in about a minute.
Cleaning bids are hard to compare because most of them do not show their working. Here is ours.
We measure the space, count the restrooms and the desks, and ask how your day actually runs. No charge and no obligation.
You get the list of what each visit covers and what it costs, in writing, before you commit to anything.
The scope you signed is the checklist we inspect against, so the promise and the audit are one document.
Square footage divided by how much ground one cleaner covers in an hour gives the hours a visit takes. Those hours carry the labor rate, the supplies, the overhead and the margin. That is the whole formula.
The coverage rate is set at the walkthrough and checked against our own timed visits, which is why the walkthrough tells us more than the square footage on your lease. A 2,500 sq ft office cleaned three times a week works out around $910 a month on Standard, which is about $70 a visit.
If another bid lands well under ours, it is worth asking which of these four it leaves out.
Book a walkthrough, or price it yourself with the instant estimate — about a minute, no contact details needed. Comparing bids? Here is what a cleaning quote should include and what office cleaning costs on this corridor.
Add any of these to a Workplace Care plan. None of them change what your regular visits cover, and each is quoted on its own.
A managed program that keeps your coffee station and shared kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked according to a documented client profile.
Additional workplace preparation before important visits and milestones — ideal before:
A simple seasonal add-on for existing Workplace Care clients who want professional support without adding another task to their staff.
We furnish and open new offices for small professional firms: plan the layout, price the options, chase the deliveries, and hand over a room the team can work in on day one.
We begin by learning how your business operates, how many employees will use the space, what areas matter most, and what budget you are working with.
We help compare options, coordinate vendors and deliveries, prepare workstations and shared spaces, stock approved essentials, complete final cleaning, and conduct a final presentation walkthrough.
Employees, workflow, style, timeline, priorities, future growth, and approved budget.
Recommendations for rooms, furniture, equipment, and shared spaces included in the project.
Compare function, appearance, comfort, durability, warranty, delivery timeline, and value.
Purchases, vendor communication, deliveries, replacements, and installation schedules.
Workstations, reception, conference spaces, breakroom essentials, and final cleaning.
A final walkthrough confirms the workplace is complete, professional, and ready for the team.
You tell us how the room has to work — who sits where, what the reception has to say about you, what the budget is. We source to that, not to the catalog we happen to like.
Planning a space? Start with a project consultation.
Clients hand us keys to offices that hold confidential files and client-facing space. These are the five standards that access is held to.
KCC primarily serves small professional offices whose employees need to focus on specialized work — not workplace tasks.
Escortable, after-hours work in offices where a visitor log is not a formality and the cleaner is expected to know it.
Files left out on a desk are not our business. Reception and the conference room being ready for a 9am client is.
Plotters, drawing sets and half-built kit that must not be tidied. We clean around the work, not through it.
We also serve accounting and financial offices, insurance and consulting firms, and small professional teams that want one dependable vendor rather than three.
KCC is owner-led and based in Monroe County, working the I-75 South corridor. We built the business around the part most offices complain about: not the first visit, but whether month six looks like month one.
Clean, working, well-kept offices, so that nobody on your staff has to think about the bins, the breakroom, or who is letting the cleaner in.
Character first, then training. Everyone who enters a client workplace passes a background check before the first visit, and the standard does not move as we grow.
Tell us promptly and we will review it and put it right. You are telling the owner, not a call center: the same person who walked your building and wrote the scope.
It is free, takes about half an hour, and ends with a written scope and a price. We walk the space with you, note the rooms, the occupancy and the traffic, then recommend a service level and a schedule. Nothing is committed until you have the scope in writing.
Yes. Recurring cleaning is normally scheduled after hours or before opening. The window is set at the walkthrough and written into the scope, so cleaning never competes with your workday.
Alexandra Harrington, the owner, is on site and is your point of contact. Our hiring standard requires a background check before any team member enters a client workplace, and everyone is trained to work respectfully around sensitive information and restricted areas.
A 2,500 sq ft office cleaned three times a week runs about $910 a month on Standard, which is roughly $70 a visit. Price follows the square footage, the service level and the schedule, and it is set from the written scope rather than adjusted afterwards. Short visits carry a $90 floor, so a very small suite usually suits a weekly schedule better than a daily one. For a ballpark before we ever visit, the instant estimate takes about a minute.
Standard suits small offices and professional suites that need dependable routine cleaning. Enhanced adds deeper attention to shared and high-touch areas for busier workplaces. Premium adds client-facing detail with a final quality walkthrough on every visit — a fit for law firms, executive offices, and other client-facing workplaces.
We provide commercial cleaning and janitorial services along the I-75 South corridor — McDonough, Stockbridge, Locust Grove, and Hampton in Henry County; Jackson, Barnesville, and Forsyth; and the Macon area.
Yes. Confidentiality and discretion are part of our standards — team members are trained to work respectfully around sensitive information, restricted areas, and professional teams.
Yes. Breakroom Management, KCC EventReady™ preparation before important visits, Seasonal Workplace Enhancements, and complete Workspace Planning & Setup projects. Property managers can also ask about day-porter and common-area programs, quoted individually.

We work the I-75 South corridor from Henry County down to Macon — deliberately a tighter map than a metro vendor advertises, because a shorter drive is what makes a schedule hold. Pick your town for what we do there.
The corridor's largest office market, and where national franchise bids actually turn up.
Our base is in Monroe County, so this stretch gets the shortest response times we can offer anywhere.
Twenty-five minutes from our base, and served on the same corridor route.
